Hey John, I know two ways of embedding videos from vimeo, firstly you can embed from vimeo videos that have embed enabled, most videos do, there is a button on most video displays in vimeo that says embed, click on it and it will give you a list of html code (random lettering and numbers) You then copy and paste this code into your blog post under the html section and thats it go view ur blog and it should be up there. you can also play around with this code eg. change width and height of video display or delete text at bottom of video.

Secondly you can visit http://www.vodpod.com, where vodpod gives you a button to drag to your bookmark bar, you can then visit vimeo or any other video website (that allows you to take an embed) once your in vimeo and you are at the page with the video you would like to embed, just click on the vodpod button in your bookmark bar and vodpod automatically embeds the video into your blog.

How Have you got your vimeo video to show so large? have you programmed this Blog yourself? I have tried embedding at a larger site but it didnt work when you say you paste the code in, were do you paste it exactly?

Please see my dilemma, it is far too small!
